4030 Balancing Clear is a clear, water-based, urethane paint which is useful in several applications. Add 4030 Balancing Clear 10% per volume to any of the Createx paints to optimize flow or to increase adhesion and durability on hard or non-porous surfaces. 4030 Balancing Clear can also be used as a carrier for candy2o paints to decrease concentration when airbrushing or be sprayed alone as a clear inter-coat/base coat which dries to a satin finish"
